International Choir Festival and Competition Slovakia Cantat 2019 from 25 to 28 April 2019

In spring 2019 the City of Bratislava welcomes choirs from all over the world to an international choir festival with competition. The Slovak capital invites the choirs to visit the charming city in spring to present their talents either in festival concerts (non-competitive) or in competition concerts. The festival is open to choirs of all categories. The repertoire is free of choice, all music styles are permitted and there are no compulsory songs. All choirs will perform in the Jesuit Church, in the Art Nouveau Moyzes Concert Hall on the Danube river bank, and in the Klarisky Music Hall in the city center of Bratislava.
The festival program includes a guided sightseeing tour through the Old Town.
