In September, Brinn, 25, will follow in her father Brian’s footsteps as she leads the children’s and adult choirs. “I’m a little nervous, but excited at the same time,” she said. “I have the experience and I can’t wait to get started. The choir has been a second home to me for a long time,” she said. She is no stranger to the choir at St. Michael as she joined it in the first grade. She moved to the adult choir and sang with her father when the parish held Masses at Merrimack College before the new church was built in 1999. She joined the adult choir after returning from college and even led the singing during Mass. Her mother, Karen was also a choir member.
