Composer Community Open House

Conductors,

            You are invited to a ChoralNet Community virtual open house.  The Composers of Choral Music Community(CCMC) requests your presence.  We would like you to share in our discussions about the process of creating and performing new music. Over 260 living composers are members.  It is my goal as editor of the community to open the door between the conductors who program music and the composers who create it.

            Forum: This is where we discuss topics from choosing a good text to legislation that affects our industry.  While you’re here, click on the “Join this Community” button.

            Community Home:  This page includes our philosophy and a list to all of our composers’ websites.

            Members: ChoralNet makes it easy to contact any of our composers by simply seeking their name in an alphabetical list and then giving you the option to contact them.

            Composers Market Place:  This is a grand feature that we hope to get up and running.  It would be a one-stop shop for new repertoire.  Let us know what you think about the idea.
