App Suggestions?

Hello, Colleagues. I direct a small community choir in Northern Kentucky called Freedom Singers of Independence, KY.  We use (ironically) the app “Band” to post announcements, videos, rehearsal recordings, and to keep in touch throughout each concert cycle.  Although “Band” is a free app, it is tremendously unfriendly for our members.  I’d appreciate any suggestions of some service or app,  preferably free (or for a minimal fee) that might be better for our choir.  Services like Chorus Connection and Choir Mate would be wonderful but we’re not quite ready yet financially to enroll in a monthly paid service.  Thanks so very much in advance for any help and suggestions you might give!
