This rustic early poem (1914) is in the public domain. I’ve set it for three men’s voices, hoping to reflect the poet’s
increasingly sleepy mood after a long day in the orchard. TBB, 5:00, not difficult.
All my works are written in Sibelius, so professional copies are available in PDF or hard copy, and mp3 demo files of the Sibelius audio.
Please have a look at some of my other titles, on my ChoralNet page, and also at my site: www.jamesjohnsonmusic.net.
