A poem by Sheryl Sawyer, a wonderful poetess, so moved me that I composed music to it. Since schools start in late August, and September 11 occurs so soon after that, no one has time to prepare this piece for any event regarding the tragedy. Maybe someone will consider preparing the piece at the end of summer and have it ready to sing early in the school year.
