2016 Hendrix College Candlelight Carol Competition

Hendrix College is pleased to invite submissions for the 2016 Candlelight Carol Competition. The winning composition will receive its world premiere at the 2016 Candlelight Carol Services at Hendrix College. Additionally, a prize of $1,000 will be awarded to its composer, along with up to $300 in travel reimbursement to attend a performance. Compositions must be voiced for a collegiate SATB choir of approximately 40 voices, must feature organ accompaniment, and must be compatible with a Christmas service of lessons & carols.
