I Am The Flag (A Musical History of the American Flag)

July 4, 2018 by ACDA Leave a Comment

Going Beyond Words and ACDA Radio/ChoralNet goes back into the broadcast file and helps you celebrate Independence day with some very interesting information that tells about how our flag and pledge of allegiance was formed…and how and when did the number of stars grow on our Flag.    Along with all of these things you will hear some of our best of our Military Musical organizations as they salute our wonderful country.   The Program begins with a full rendition of TAPs and concludes with John Philip Sousa’s Stars and Stripes for even.

For a look at the CD’s used and a complete list of the music heard, go to the blog of WWW.GONGBEYONDWORDS.COM website and click on show 1139C
