On Sunday December 16, 2012, the Central City Chorus will present "Immortal Bach", a concert of music written and inspired by J.S. Bach and his contemporaries.  Works include Bach's motets Komm, Jesu, komm, Lobet den Herrn, and Jesu meine Freude; Kurt Nystedt's Immortal Bach; and additional works by Buxtehude, Hassler, and others.

 

The concert takes place at 3PM at St. Ignatius of Antioch Episcopal Church, 552 West End Avenue @ W. 87th St., New York, NY 10024.
