We are installing a new bishop whenever one is appointed.
I have been asked to prepare a festival Te Deum for the event! What do you suggest?

That's a tough one without knowing a few parameters, like whether you can use instruments, how big and how skillful your choir is, whether you can use Latin, and so on. But your question suggests to me Benjamin Britten's Festival Te Deum, for SATB and organ, moderately difficult.
