Click on the link in the upper right hand corner (desktop) or under the drop down menu (mobile) to access the login page.

Use your credentials to access the site.

Reset Password

If your login attempt fails, click the link “Lost your password?”

Enter the email address tied to your ChoralNet account and click “Get New Password”

An email will be sent with a link to reset your password. Follow the link to reset your password

Viewing the Backend

After successfully logging in go to the bottom of the web page and click the link “Site Admin”

Announcements / Classifieds / Borrow Requests

Select the appropriate tab. If there are any posts awaiting approval you will see a “pending” tab.

When reviewing posts make sure that the post is up to ChoralNet requirements and categorized correctly on the right hand side under “Notice Types” or “Listing Types”. Each post must be categorized and only under one category. ( *Borrow Requests is it’s own category so no categorizing is necessary )

Once the content is approved, the post has been categorized and set for expiration; you may now press the “Update” button. This will submit the post immediately and make it available to the public.

Comments

When comments are awaiting approval, a red bubble with a number will show next to the title in  the comments tab. Select the tab and then select “Pending”.

Comments will be from all parts of the site besides forums. Ensure that the comment is appropriate and meets the requirements of ChoralNet before approving.

Topics & Replies

Topics are new questions submitted to one of the different forums. They could be for private group forums or for the primary forums. Make sure the content meets the necessary requirements select the “Update” button.

Replies are comments within the forums section. Ensure the reply is appropriate and then push the reply through as approved.
