Is this Sydney Guillome’s piece? WOW… quite an undertaking. I’d need more info about your group. Are they beginners, Experts? Collegiate, High School?
Right away, I see that there are rhythmic things going on, so I’d start with a review, or primer on syncopated rhythms.
In this video, I demonstrate the technique I use to present complicated or syncopated rhythms.
Perhaps you could do something similar?

Thank you. Our group is advanced and performs collegiate pieces . The group is mixed and made up of 9-12 graders, about 127. We started today. So far so good. Small doses of it.
