Looking for “Windy” (The Association) arrangement

I am looking for an arrangement of the song “Windy” by Ruthann Friedman (originally sung by The Association in the 1960’s) for my dementia choir. I know there have been several versions published in the past, but I have been unable to locate any of them. We usually perform two-part or SAB music, but an SATB (or even SSA) version might be workable. Thanks!
