We read through Damien Kehoe’s ‘Flow Water’ at choir last night and loved it. We are curious about the lyrics – where do they come from? Also some choristers balked at singing ‘I alone must lay’ rather than ‘I alone must lie’. Does the spelling relate to an English dialect or something?
