Choir Rehearsal Time for Churches with no Sunday Night Service

I am the choir director for a church that is transitioning to no Sunday evening services.  Right now (and this has been the case for quite some time), the choir meets directly preceding the evening service.  With the evening service soon disappearing, I am looking for other feasible rehearsal times that would not require the choir members to make a special trip to church on Sunday night.  The church meeting times are Sunday morning (Sunday School and Service) and Wednesday evening.  Before the Sunday morning service is not feasible, since that is when the instrumental ensemble rehearses.  Any suggestions are appreciated, though I am especially interested in responses from church choir directors that work in churches with no Sunday evening service.  Thanks!
