Composers, some French please

Hello: Looking for a last minute sacred anthem (general in theme, post Easter or Pentecost) with text in French. New or old  - I am searching for suggestions.
ChoralNet composers please contact me if you have something. I am open to new compositions. Medium to medium-difficult is fine.

Thanks

It's an old chestnut, but why not "Cantique de Jean Racine" by Faure?  It's a plea for mercy and grace from Christ.

There are any number of wonderful Sweelinck motets in French on fairly general themes. Here are some of my favorites:
Chantez à Dieu (two different settings; both gorgeous)
     O Seigneur, loué sera
     Chantez gayement (hard)

Thanks for the suggestions so far.
The Faure is a great one but we have done it quite a bit.

Hello.

I would be happy to compose something in French for you. I have a French Bible and would galdly set any text you choose from it. I have lead a Psalm study in French of the first 10 Psalms, some of the Canticles, The Creed... but am open to anything; I love everything from the Bible.

I don't know how fast you need the piece, or if you'd even be open to something for more future programming. What is the size and nature of your choir(s)?  How long a piece would you like?

One of my goals as a church music composer is to help provide the repetoire needed to support today's church musicians.; especially when directors 'need' a piece that doesn't exist or need something new.  You can listen to brief samples of my choral music at www.HeatherSeaton.com.

Good luck with your work.  ~ Heather

Try Rupert Lang's "Agneau de Dieu" from Boosey & Hawkes - gorgeous!
