James D. Feiszli

James D. Feiszli, President International Federation for Choral Music representative
James D. Feiszli has been Director of Music Activities at the South
Dakota School of Mines and Technology since 1983, where he was also the
first Chair of the Department of Humanities. He is active as a tenor
soloist and with Dakota Voices, his six-voice vocal ensemble. Feiszli founded Choralist in 1993 and has guided
its development into ChoralNet since then. A former two-term President
of SD-ACDA, is also a member of IFCM, NATS, NCCO, and an Advisor to
Musica International. |
Frank Albinder, Vice-President Chorus America representative
Frank Albinder conducts the Washington Men's Camerata, the Woodley Ensemble and
the Virginia Glee Club, the men's chorus at the University of Virginia. He
was also a long-time member of Chanticleer in a former life. |

Brigid Coult |
Brigid Coult, Secretary Patron representative
Brigid Coult, originally from the UK, is one of the Canadians on the
ChoralNet Board. She has been involved in choral music all her life, and is
currently Director of Music at St Mary's Anglican Church, Kerrisdale in
Vancouver, BC, and Conductor of Richmond Chorus, a 70-voice community choir.
She's a past-President of the Association of Canadian Choral Conductors, and
a long-serving member of the BC Choral Federation, with which she is now on
staff.

Dean Ekberg, TreasurerPatron representative
Recently retired from a high school position, Dean Ekberg continues as Director of Music at Gates Presbyterian Church and is Music Director of the Cathedral Choir School in Rochester, NY. He has served the New York State School Music Association as chairperson for All-State Choruses and is currently coordinator for voice adjudicators |

Michael Shasberger | Michael Shasberger, ParliamentarianAt-large representative
Michael Shasberger serves as the Adams Chair of Music and Worship at Westmont College. His endeavors include conducting the Westmont College Choir and Chamber Orchestra, private voice instruction, working with the office of the campus pastor, and developing artistic collaborations with the Santa Barbara arts community. He is also the Artistic Director of the Denver Bach Society, and Founder and Director Emertitus of the Musica Sacra Chamber Orchestra of Denver. Dr. Shasberger has considerable experience as a performer in professional opera, oratorio and musical theater. In addition to serving on the Board of ChoralNet, he is also a member of the national committee on technologies for the American Choral Directors Association.

Cindy Pribble, Chair of Lists and ForumsAt-large representative
Cindy Pribble has 23 years experience in the NC public schools (middle, high school), a supervisor of student teachers at Pfeiffer University and as a studio instructor at Catawba College. Over the course of 30 years she has performed in or musically directed over 60 theater productions for nine regional companies and been employed as a choir director for four Protestant denominations. She directs the Stanly County Chorale and is member of Chorus America. |

Thomas Tropp is a music educator and recording technician, and owner of SoundByte Studios, a music services firm specializing in CD production for choral ensembles.
Tom and his wife, Anne, currently reside in Lake Forest, Illinois. He is a member of the choral department at Leyden High Schools, and the Chancel Choir director at First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest. |
Philip L. Copeland American Choral Directors Association representative
Philip L. Copeland is Assistant Professor of music in choral music and music education at University of Alabama at Birmingham. Before coming to UAB, Dr. Copeland served on the choral music faculty with Jerry Jordan at the University of Mississippi.
He and his wife Leigh spend most of their time raising their three year old triplet girls. |
