seeking songs about diversity in the workplace

Good afternoon,
A good friend is hosting "Diversity in the Workplace" and would like music that promotes team building, acceptance of other employees as well as being more sensitive toward other cultures. I would love to hear your ideas on songs that might fit. Generally speaking, this is non-religious event and I think she would like songs that the audience can either sing or clap to but participate in some way. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Mark--
I don't know if this will qualify, but maybe "I hear American singing" from working the musical? It does go through a diversity of different jobs in the workplace.

Hi Mark, i have a piece called "World of Many Colors" which was written to address some of the very issues you mentioned. It is intended for community or high school choir and is not difficult, yet an effective crowd pleaser with the round at the end. It sounds great with piano accompaniment, full orch, or even acapella. Here is a link. The choir starts around 2:00. Hope you enjoy!

Ben Allaway's SAHAYTA may work and it's pretty easy to learn and put together.
