Church Renting Space to Store Music - question about prices

A local church has space and filing cabinets to store choir music if any groups have issues around music storage.
(Often community choirs use a chorister's basement to house the music.)
A member of the church asked what they should charge any choir to store music.
What kind of price to rent seems reasonable?

Though money is always appreciated by churches (and everyone else!), some musical service might be appropriate payment. Having the "stored" choir sing a service or 2 while the church's own choir is on break would be fair compensation.

Excellent suggestion, however this church is hoping to raise some money renting space to various kinds of groups.
If anyone rents space for filing cabinets full of music I would appreciate to know rates.
