8th Grade SSA Friendship Piece?

I work at a K-8 school, and my 11 8th grade choir girls have begun to become very sentimental about their upcoming promotion, as this has been a very memorable year for them choir-wise. They want to sing a piece together at their graduation/commencement. They are good readers and singers, and can learn pretty quickly. They will have about six 30 minute rehearsals to learn this piece. Can anyone suggest a good easy/medium difficulty level a cappella SSA piece about friendship and saying goodbye? I'm hoping for a slower tempo song, and preferably as non-schlocky as possible...

Thanks in advance!

Don't know if it's too schlocky for you, but my girls love For Good from the musical Wicked. I also have a group of 8th graders signing Lean on Me.

My 8th graders sang "One Voice" by the Wailin' Jennys last year, and it was quite successful. We started with some solos before the entire ensemble came in. You can buy the score directly from the group's website; they send you a pdf and you can make photocopies.
