Worship Through Music, Sunday, May 18, 9.00a & 11.00a in the Sanctuary: Britten's brilliant church opera, Noye's Fludde, in a fully staged production, complete with ark, and 200 choristers from the church's graded children and youth choirs, accompanied by members of the Festival Orchestra and thier students.
Cast and all production elements are produced by members of the church community: Jonathan Silvia (Seattle Opera) plays Noye and Margie Bicknell (Village Theater), his reluctant wife. Rose and Catherine Wittenmeyer (Pacific Northwest Ballet) dance the Raven and Dove.
