Centennial Singers seeks Basses, all voices welcome
Date: February 8, 2014
Location: Philadelphia (Northern suburbs - Warminster), Pennsylvania, USA
The Centennial Singers Chorus has begun preparing for their Spring concert, and we are looking for singers, especially basses. We sing a great variety of music from Broadway choruses to spirituals, from Classical repertoire to oldies, there is music for everyone! As it is early in the semester, there is time to join and catch up in learning the music. We have several concerts at the end of the semester (early in June), culminating in our main concert on June 14th in the evening. You would be very welcome!
Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings at 7:15 p.m. at the MacDonald School in Warminster. Our rehearsals are lively and fun, full of music making and fellowship at our halftime resfreshment break.
Feel free to contact our president Jesse Hasty at email@example.com or Nathaniel Fletcher, the director, at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have about the chorus.
No audition is necessary, just a love for singing -- we look forward to having you!
Philadelphia area chorus directors, we would be ever grateful if you would share this ad with your singers, especially basses.
(Church choir directors note: we do not have rehearsals or performances that conflict with church holidays)
